My involvement in the www.dell.com SiteCatalyst implementation included:

Consulted with Dell on which data points and metrics to capture to be able to measure and report on their business.
Performed data validation checks against their existing analytics systems to ensure the accuracy and historical consistency of the new SiteCatalyst data.
Served as the SiteCatalyst Administrator and handled all configurations such as custom reports, custom menu structure, report correlations, etc. for 150+ report suites.
Post-launch, I helped create a training program to brief internal Dell analysts on SiteCatalyst and the specifics of their custom implementation. After the initial trainings, I participated in weekly workshop calls to answer end users' questions about SiteCatalyst and Discover.
