My involvement in the analytics and testing of www.fordvehicles.com included:
- Pioneered the collaboration between the ZAAZ Analytics and Optimization groups, as the first dedicated analyst to support testing/optimization efforts.
- Analyzed site data to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential test cases.
- Determined appropriate metrics to measure optimization goals, and implemented custom tracking when necessary.
- Defined processes and developed test documentation to ensure consistency across tests and create a historical archive.
- Measured and reported on test results using Omniture Discover.
