My involvement in the development of www.fossil.com included:

Championed effort to make use of advanced site metrics and implemented Google Analytics, making page-level traffic analysis available for the first time at the company.
Implemented Scene 7 image serving technology, including formulating rollout plan, as well as defining structure and workflow processes for end users in merchandising.
Lead effort to integrate retail store locator with Google Maps functionality, including streamlining processes to allow store coordinators to make updates autonomously.
Initiated project to overhaul how watch instructions are handled on the site, creating a more user-friendly experience and eliminating the need for printed instruction booklets.
Collaborated with image group to customize an online production job tracking application for use with the web designers and developers. Act as trainer and technical support for end users.
