My involvement in the analytics and testing www.nokia.com included:
- Reviewed and reported on the monetized impact of completed test scenarios across over 30 sites.
- Analyzed data to discover under-performing areas of sites and identify opportunities to improve site performance via A/B/n tests, multivariate tests, or content targeting.
- Collaborated with Nokia IT and Omniture to implement plug-in technology that would integrate data between the SiteCatalyst web analytics tool and the Test&Target testing tool.
- Acted as a trainer/evangelist of the testing and targeting program, giving presentations to account directors across the European markets.
- Championed the use of consistent test documentation across all the test managers on the team, and managed the repository of all the program documentation.
