Nokia is a major mobile phone manufacturer, and have a global web presence with websites in over 60 countries. As part of a global agency partnership with Wunderman/ZAAZ, I relocated to Helsinki, Finland and served as the Monetization Manager of the Testing and Targeting team to monitor the return on investment of Nokia's testing program.

Morgans Hotel Group is a high-end boutique hotel chain with properties in NYC, LA, San Francisco, Miami, Boston, and London. In 2009, ZAAZ lead a complete overhaul of their site, online booking system, and Omniture SiteCatalyst implementation.

dell.com (2008)

Dell.com is one of the world's leading computer/electronics ecommerce sites. Visitors can research, configure, and purchase custom computer systems online, as well as get product support. In 2008, Dell migrated from a home-grown internal web analytics solution to Omniture SiteCatalyst. I was a consultant on this global project to roll out SiteCatalyst to all markets, along with a colleague from ZAAZ and a group of Omniture engineers.

ford.com (2007)

Ford.com is Ford's product and brand site, which contains detailed information on cars, trucks, and SUVs. In 2007, Ford partnered with Wunderman/ZAAZ to launch an optimization program to run online A/B/n experiments to increase the number of key-buying activities performed by visitors. I served as the analyst on this initial project team.

Fossil.com is the flagship ecommerce site for Fossil, a manufacturer of vintage-inspired fashion apparel and accessories including watches, handbags, wallets, and belts. The site is on the MarketLive platform, and generates over $24M in revenue and 20M visits per year.
