A few weeks ago when watching a DVD, I looked up to see this landscape shot...
Why, that looks just like the ravine leading into the Fire Swamp! Where Westley and Buttercup slid down the hill, and rekindled their love! This was particularly hilarious to me, because the DVD I was watching definitely was not filmed on location in Guilder. Let's look a little closer...
Who is that down in the ravine floor? No one in the Princess Bride wore cowboy boots and a tweed blazer! Who is that?
Why, that's Blake Carrington! Ohhhh...that's not the ravine leading into the Fire Swamp. That's the Skycrest Dude Ranch that was featured in Season 2 of Dynasty!
